Fees and cancellation policy
- A fee of $40 applies when a course booking is cancelled.
- Transfer of a course booking is available. (more than 3 business working days’ notice is required. 3 business days’ notice or less is considered a cancellation). First transfer is offered free of charge, subsequent transfers incur a fee of $20 per transfer.
- Refunds and re-booking’s must be claimed within 30 days. No refund of any fees paid will be available after this time
Personal data completion. It is also a requirement that students provide a USI number and also personal data ( AVETMISS ) including educational back ground, place of birth, disabilities etc for ALL Nationally Recognised training. Without this data we are not permitted to issue a Nationally Recognised certification. Completion of this data entry is done via the enrolment email we send to you
Language Literacy and Numeracy ability. Attendees of any of our courses are required to hold skills in Language Literacy and Numeracy. An example of a Language Literacy Numeracy assessment is available on our website. If you are concerned about your ability to complete the course please contact our office prior to enrolling.
CPR on the floor. As part of the requirements of all units that include CPR, you must demonstrate CPR on a manikin on the FLOOR. Unfortunately, although we disagree with this requirement, we are bound by the governance of our accrediting body ASQA. We cannot issue the certification if you are unable to do CPR on the floor, however a certificate of attendance can be issued.
